When you book a wedding with us, you get…

Ceremony Space

We will set up your ceremony space with the necessary amount of chairs with chair covers. Your ceremony will take place with a view of the lake and mountains as the backdrop. In case of inclement weather we can have your ceremony on our covered deck. We will happily clear the space following the ceremony.
Lodging

You will be able to use 8 of our cabins the night of your wedding for whomever you’d like to stay overnight. You also get the use of 10 powered RV sites, 10 unpowered sites and space for your guests to tent if they choose.
Reception Space

The event space will be yours to use the day of the wedding for dinner and dancing. There is also a covered fire pit outside of the venue that is yours to use. We will provide you with a box full of wood but feel free to bring your own. There is also a deck and a covered deck for your needs.
Tableware

We will coordinate with you and make sure your venue space is set up with table cloths, chair covers, all of the tableware (plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, cutlery etc.) and ready for your dinner and celebration. We will provide you with 9 octagon tables and 4 rectangle tables with chairs all ready according to your chosen floorpan. All you have to do is add the finishing touches.
Guest Parking

We will provide you with tons of space for all of your family and friends.
Open Photo Area

It is the perfect space for you and your loved ones to take wedding photos that will last a lifetime. The mountains, the lake and the nature surrounding the venue will be a perfect backdrop for your wedding.

Access

Main Lodge

9am- 1 am, last call at 12:30pm

2pm-11pm, for licensed caterers

Indoor Restrooms

9am-1am

After 1am

After 1am, the celebration can be moved outside to the back of the main lodge fire pit area. At this time, sound/music must be kept low out of curtesy to neighbours, and no music lakeside after 10 pm.

Check in

Cabins & RV’s at 3pm on the day of the ceremony (earlier check in for cabins and RV’s ONLY if available)

Checkout

12pm the day after the ceremony
